Privacy Policy
Short version: we collect what you put in a request — name, phone, optional email, and your description of the problem — use it to route that request, and share it with one independent local provider so they can contact you. That's the purpose; we don't sell it.
What we collect
Form submissions (name, phone number, optional email address, your description of the problem and town) and voicemail messages left on the request line, including the recording and its transcription. Standard technical logs — IP address, user agent, timestamps — exist at the infrastructure level for security and abuse prevention, including bot filtering.
How it's used and shared
Requests are reviewed and may be shared with one independent local provider so they can contact you about your request. Providers are separate businesses responsible for their own conduct and their own handling of your information. We don't sell your information or share it for unrelated marketing.
Retention and your choices
Requests are kept as operational records for as long as they're useful for running the service, then deleted. If you want a request you submitted corrected or deleted, say so through the contact form with the phone number you used, and it will be handled.
Third-party services
The site runs on standard hosting, telephony, and bot-protection infrastructure; those services process technical data (like the security logs above) on our behalf to deliver the site and phone line. This page is the current statement of practice; if practices change, this page changes.
